My son died unexpectedly in Washington state. Omega was able to arrange to have him brought home to Oregon and handled all of the arrangements. The cost was extremely reasonable, especially in comparison to what I was quoted by funeral homes near my son’s residence. Shane rose to the occasion over and over, solved every problem we presented him with, and was gracious and kind in the process. The memorial DVD Omega staff created was exceptional.

Kathy, Chelsea, and team are the most caring, professional and efficient people you can work with. Omega has taken care of my grandfather, grandmother, father and mother. Most recently my father and mother who passed away 3 weeks apart in 2023. Their compassion and patience during this difficult time was so appreciated. I felt no pressure to decide immediately on everything. Kathy made it so easy and listened to my needs and only sold me what I wanted. Making the final arrangements for your loved one is heartbreaking and stressful. But, not the case at Omega I felt at peace during the process. I just recently recommended a close friend to Omega after losing her mother suddenly. My friend had tried to call a couple other funeral service businesses, one didn’t call her back and the other was not helpful. She called Omega and received information emailed to her the same day and her mother was taken wonderful care of the next day. I will continue to refer my friends and family to Kathy and her team!
